KickBoxing Conditioning

Kickboxing Conditioning is a high-energy class that combines kickboxing basics with strength and cardio training. Featuring heavy bag drills, bodyweight exercises, and explosive movement, this workout improves endurance, power, agility, and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, you'll get a full-body session designed to build strength and boost cardiovascular fitness.

Muay Thai Technique

Muay Thai technique class focuses on the fundamentals and advanced skills of Muay Thai, including striking, clinching, footwork, and defensive tactics,. Members will refine their technique through pad work, partner drills, and controlled sparring while developing timing, balance, and overall "fight IQ." Ideal for all levels, this class emphasizes precision, efficiency, and understanding the art of eight limbs.

Jujitsu Training

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Technique

BJJ technique class focuses on the fundamental and advanced grappling skills of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including positional control, submissions, escape, and transitions. Members will develop technique through drills, positional sparring, and live rolling, emphasizing leverage, timing, and strategy. Perfect for all levels, this class builds a strong foundation for both self-defense and competition.

Strength Conditioning

Strength Conditioning is a high-intensity class designed to build functional strength, power, and endurance.
